Online Beauty / Dermal Therapist After Hours
Part Time Evenings 4-9PM WST

Not your average role…. Apply your Beauty Therapist skills in an online support capacity from the comfort of your own home. This is a Part Time role working 5 nights a week.

The Opportunity

Our online businesses have grown significantly, and we're looking to be there to offer our clients virtual support right into the evenings. This is an opportunity to work from home, supporting our online brands to provide customer support and virtual consulting via live chat, phone and email. We are a business that doesn’t stand still. With a range of clients of all ages, you’ll have the ability to work across a diverse range of global and local skincare providing advice to our clients on the optimum products to achieve their skin goals. 

Your focus will be on providing short, sharp, expert advice on skin through skin analysis, goal setting, prescription based selling and an unforgettable experience.

There are no hands-on treatments! In this role, you're working with clients to help complete their shop for prescription based skincare, or to simply provide advice based on their current skincare needs from our full range of skincare, makeup, devices, body and innerhealth products.

In your downtime, you're also working on generating content to educate customers on hot topics, ingredients, products and interesting facts through the creating of reels, blogs, Q&A's and much more.

About You

• You're available Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 4-9PM Western Standard Time (the role may expand over time)
• You are a self-motivated, experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist looking to move to a support role, or looking for a role to support you whilst you study
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and are target oriented to build a new client base and nurture them.
• You're comfortable with yourself on camera and love to educate yourself and your clients on skin by creating engaging social content
• You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to deliver one consistently by taking a holistic approach to skin health and wellbeing
• You have the ability to quickly analyse skin, decipher the clients goals and educate them on the best approach to achieving those goals through a curated prescription and treatment plan, just for them.
• You're technically savvy and are adept with social media and systems. 
• You communicate incredibly well verbally and written
